Loads of both. yep that was the back of Stibbington, with the racetrack and lights and it looks like that Bedford what ever its called has a lot more to offer.

Few more trails out there to explore to, Nige when are you going to show us the secret bits.

Back to training with the Ring and Thetford will be a doddle afer a few of these.

50 miles no messing and no stair problems, job done, Gears and Suspension its the future.

Not alot in that bedford place but when you come of the byway go down the bridleway on the right & there a nice quarry & single track in old sulehay forest.
