Don't know if youve discovered the BBC I Player yet, but its ace.
Watch any BBC show (except footie) upto 7 days after it has been shown.
Go to this link, and just click the centre of screen to play and off you go.
don't click the download button unless you have all day.
watch the starting advert then when the show comes on you can use the slider bar to fast forward through to any section.
Good program to dedicate 1 hr to mtb racing.
