I was surpirsed how well i felt when I got home and this morning. The family were waiting for me to crawl through the door in a near death state (and just from riding this time), as it was my first ride for 10 months.

I am sure you all went slowly for me though, and I hope I didn't hold you up to much, and thanks for making the ride go past my front door - still managed just over 25 miles though.

Roll on next week, and I'll see how I get on in the mud
