Come on down to the Rocko clubhouse for a night of indoor cycling fun on the PC trainer. All the Plumz mountainbikers and friends are invited to come and pit your pedalling skills against your buddies.

The plan is I set up the kit and any rider can do a run on either a short 2 lap road circuit or a short mtb loop with jumps, or both. It will be about 5/6 mins a go and you can have as many goes as time allows. Drink Tea and watch others ride too. You can race against upto 5 othe rriders  times so you can chase the fastest guys at the end of the night.
Might be some prizes if I get organised.

All you need is some kit - you will get warm and sweaty and trainers, I'll have to provide the bike (adjustable seat height) and some flat pedals (anyone got any pedals with toestraps I can borrow? or it will be flatties)

So come along lets see whos the fastest the mtb guys or the road guys. All welcome on the night wether Rocko members, Plumz other clubs or friends.
