2007 rules apply for 2008 with regards to gridding. So if this is the case it is important to register early. Not so important for the female categories but definitely for the male categories. Gridding last year was based on:-
- your previous result and/or
- how early you register.

    After BigRing's turn is now up to Jack and Dangerous Dave to fly the plumz flag whilst representing their country at the Singlespeed world championships . Future years have been in USA, Berlin and Australia, now Scotland hosts this gathering of elite Athletes.

Jack and Dave have been in extensive training, and are now off to put the finishing touches to this with some altitude work on the Munroes of Scotland, with some extensive carbo loading and distillery drips.

See you in a few weeks, have fun in the flatlands.
